Do you have 15 minutes? Just 15 minutes?? I can show you how to maximize those 15 minutes with a simple, yet extremely effective at-home fitness program called T-Tapp.

What is T-TappIt is NOT tap dancing. It takes 15 minutes, working out in your own home, using a few feet of space, no equipment and no jumping around. The no jumping policy is quite important for some people. 😉

T-Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. It delivers strength, flexibility, increased lymphatic function, hormonal balance and total body results. Back pain is normally relieved and you get a good brain workout too. You can accomplish so much in 15 minutes!!  With T-Tapp, Less is More!!

Yesterday, we talked about setting goals and making them reasonable. Remember that with your workouts…Less is More. Some people get that mixed up and think More is Better. What good is a long workout that is planned but never done? The best workout is the one you will do. Even 5 or 15 minutes actually completed is better than a workout written in a planner or just thought about. Let’s face it, we are busy, busy women. Families, businesses, homeschooling…it doesn’t leave much time for a few minutes to better ourselves. We need to make the time we do have really count.

That is why I love T-Tapp. I can work out in as little as 15 minutes and see results. T-Tapp focuses on inch loss, not the scale. We really need to be careful with how much we look at the scales…not only how it impacts us and our attitude, but little eyes are watching and following what we do. We don’t want them to get obsessed with their self-image like the culture around us.

T-Tapp works from the inside out. It starts healing within. I have lots of health problems and have to T-Tapp…it keeps me going and functioning. When I don’t, I feel yucky. It helps with chronic fatigue, lupus, fibromyalgia, diabetes, thryroid issues, pcos, adrenal fatigue, breast healthy, cleanses the lymphatic system….if you want to see a difference in your health, start T-Tapping! Even if you are too tired to do much, do a few minutes and you will find you have more energy.

Submit and wait to hear Teresa’s results, while enjoying your improved health and inch loss.
