Stewarding the Body God Gave You, One Wise Choice at a Time
Metabolic health coaching for women who are ready to feel steady again, in their energy, their weight, and their relationship with food.
Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped listening to our bodies. Between raising children, caring for aging parents, and carrying the weight of everyone else's needs, our own health quietly moves to the bottom of the list.
As a metabolic health coach, I walk alongside women who are ready to change that, not through fads, restriction, or shame, but through steady, sustainable choices that support real metabolic healing. This is about wisdom, not willpower.
What Metabolic Coaching Looks Like
Healing, Not Hurrying
We focus on what's actually driving your metabolism, energy, sleep, blood sugar, stress, rather than chasing quick fixes.
Wiser Food Choices
Simple, real food guidance that fits your household and your season of life, no extreme diets required.
Steady Support
You won't be handed a plan and left on your own. We'll walk through this together, one step at a time.
A Friend Who Pulled Me Up
Before
After, 24 lbs and 23 inches later
Have you ever had a friend step in and pull you up just when you felt like you were drowning?
When I look at these two pictures, I see more than inflammation reducing, 24 pounds down, and 23 inches gone. I see someone who has been through the hardest year and a half of her life and was basically drowning, her world crumbling. The season was rough, and every fear, doubt, and insecurity was taking front and center stage.
Thankfully, I had a friend who had walked a journey so similar to mine the year before me. And she had a friend who wouldn't let her stay stuck and drown. She did the same for me. I'm so very grateful.
Isn't it wonderful to see the domino effect of helping others, using what you've been through to make a difference? There is always purpose in the pain, and we are meant to help others in this journey of life.
I'm thankful for the hope, confidence, and energy that has been returning, along with better health. It's a plus that inflammation, weight, and inches are melting away as I make changes. I look forward to continuing to feel better so I can still enjoy time and traveling with my husband and sons, taking care of my mom, chasing future grandchildren, helping others, gardening, and living independently in my older years.
These pictures are just one small part of that story, and I see the spark returning. I don't know where you are, friend, but there is hope.
I would be honored to do for you what my friend did for me. Please reach out.
Tell me, who is one person who has been a "domino of hope" in your life? I'd love to hear about them.

A Little About Me
I'm Mary, the voice behind The Encouraging Home. I've spent years writing about faith, family, and building a life that honors God in every season, including the season we're in with our own health. As a metabolic health coach, I get to help women make peace with food again and find their footing, physically and spiritually, so they can keep showing up for the people they love.
