Now is the time that everyone is thinking about getting healthy, getting in shape and setting new goals. Maybe you haven’t gotten off to the start that you wanted on the resolution. Now is a great time to get back on track or get started!
If you have been reading here any length of time, you know that my favorite workout program is T-Tapp.
It has taken me from unhealthy to a trainer. T-Tapp gives me energy and helps me keep going. Even as a trainer, I fall off the wagon sometimes…okay, lots of times, depending on the season and stress. We all do life and life happens. The great thing about T-Tapp…you just pick up where you left off and keep going. Once you have done T-Tapp, you will get back into shape even faster because your muscles hold memory.
T-Tapp doesn’t only help you lose inches in a few minutes each day, but it will help your health so much. I see the results of T-Tapp to begin with in my health. I have suffered from many health problems since my teenage years and T-Tapp is one of the main things that keeps my problems balanced.
I combine essential oils and T-Tapp to be a healthier me and more energetic mom.
What is T-Tapp exactly?
T-Tapp is a series of movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment, restore metabolic function, and stands on its own as a complete workout as well as enhancing the effectiveness of ALL of your workouts. Basically, your entire system gets “tuned up” like a finely adjusted machine. Due to utilization of comprehensive, compound muscle movement, rapid reshaping can take place.
This technique has some similar principles to Yoga and Pilates, but at the same time it is nothing like them! With many original copyrighted moves, T-Tapp:
- is comprehensive, working all layers of muscles at BOTH insertions (effectively developing long, lean muscle). Apply the principles to any other exercise technique to reach your goals.
- will enhance any other exercise form and schedule.
- is a lot more than just burning calories/fat – it literally resets and rebuilds your primary body functions (i.e.: lymphatic system, endocrine system, metabolic rate and elimination systems, among others).
- works both biochemically and physiologically.
- the movement sequences are very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. They look so simple – but they provide a workout like no other.
- is comprehensive – never working just one muscle group, the T-Tapp Workout is designed to fatigue muscle groups layer by layer, and inch loss can come quickly.
- is done without special equipment.

What does that mean? It means that you are doing something amazing when you T-Tapp. Something that is wonderful for your body and gets it moving the way God designed it to. You will be healthier, feel better and you will trim and tone. In just 15 minutes a day. There are longer workouts, but many people have achieved great results in just 15 minutes a day! The focus isn’t on weight loss but on getting healthier, trimming and toning.
How does the challenge work?
It is quite simple…just workout using T-Tapp and make some healthy choices!

You will need to choose a category and fill out the form. You take pictures and measurements at the beginning to submit and then at the end of the challenge.
Important: You will need to have a newspaper and hold it in one of the pictures to verify the date, so plan for that if you do not get the newspaper on a regular basis.

What if you do not own a T-Tapp Workout yet?
No problem!! The challenge hasn’t started yet so you have time to get your dvd here and do the free videos that I have here and here in the meantime. This will help you get started, whether you join the challenge or not. I hope you do join us! Don’t worry if you won’t have your workout here in time. You can do the free exercises and work on drinking water, going to sleep earlier, eating healthier, using supplements and essential oils to help your body be the best it can be. I recommend journaling your workouts, what you eat, etc…to help keep you on track and help you see your progress.
Not sure which workout to start with? Read the options here and a description of each. Then choose what would best suit your needs.
Once it arrives, watch the Yes, You Can Seminar to help you better understand T-Tapp. Then go through the instructionals that come with your workout to really get the form down. This is a unique form of exercise and it takes time to get proper form. Just pay close attention to what Teresa is saying and you will start feeling it!
The workout will come with a booklet and you can see what schedule best suits your needs. Just remember…doing anything at all…even just 5 or 10 minutes is much better than planning for a long workout and doing nothing at all.
Remember: Take plenty of water breaks and kick out. The pause button is your friend. 🙂
The challenge last for 2 months, so you have plenty of time to get your dvd. Just be sure to enter your information and pay attention to the important dates. It is a free challenge that will help you feel and look different at the end of 60 days. And if you start and don’t finish? That has happened to me and lots of us. Of course we want you to finish and be the healthiest and best you, but we know life happens! Anything you do toward your health is better than doing nothing at all.
