Honey Orange Pork Tenderloin

This is an easy meat to prepare. Look for pork tenderloins on sale and freeze them.

Preparing a Honey Orange Pork Tenderloin doesn’t take much time but makes a beautiful dish. Serve with your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Pork Tenderloin or Pork Chops
  • 1⁄4 cup of Honey
  • 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup of Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard

Directions:

1. Mix honey, mustard, orange juice and Orange Essential Oil.

2.Pour over Pork Tenderloin or Pork Chops.

3. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

4. Baste. Continue cooking until brown and tender and the juices run clear.

5. Remove cover to help with browning.

Tip: You may want to line pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup
