It is hard to fit time in for mom. We are so busy taking care of everyone else that it is easy to burn the candle at both ends and end up sick {I need to take my own advice as I am typing this inthe middle of the night}.

I am sharing tips to help moms be physically as well as emotionally. Being a mother is not for the faint of heart.  I normally share about Raising Sons but today I am sharing about mom.

Join me at Raising Homemakers as I talk about The Healthy Mom and do an Essential Oil Giveaway!! (Giveaway now over)

Don’t forget that today is the last day to take advantage of the amazing sign up deal for essential oils. Check it out here.

We kick off our third month of the Oil of the Month Club. We are having lots of fun in our oil community. Join in March as we learn about Lemon.

Tomorrow I will be sharing about an important historical figure in Ihomeschool Network’s Birthday Lessons in March.

Next week I will be participating in a huge giveaway, so be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss it! Use the blue box to the right or the one below this post. You will get a Free Guide about Essential Oils while you are there.

Have a wonderful day and thank you for visiting!

I try to stay healthy by eating nutritious foods and including my toddler in my exercise time. I hope my children can learn more about Christ and how to live a healthy life through my example.
