Happy Thanksgiving! I can hardly believe that it is here again. I am thankful for so many things. We are so blessed.

I am thankful for you, my readers, the heartbeat of my blog. Thank you for your time, emails, comments and friendship. I pray that you will have a wonderful time if you are celebrating here in the US.

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever!

1 Chronicles 16:34

We start the morning off with Overnight Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole. Or have it as a nice treat the day after Thanksgiving. For lunch, we will have Chicken Tetrazzini from Crock-On (LOVE this new crockpot cookbook!) Supper is with family.

Here are a couple of easy recipes that I love:

Vegetable Casserole:

1 bag California Blend Vegetables (in the frozen section) ~ cook & drain

Cheese~ whatever kind you like or use

Ritz Crackers ~ crushed

1 stick of butter ~ melted

Spray a casserole dish (size depends on size of bag of vegetables you buy).

Cook and drain vegetables. Place vegetables on bottom on dish and cover with cheese.

Cover with crushed crackers and pour melted butter on top. Or mix crackers and butter together first.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until crackers are brown and cheese is melted.

Harvest Punch:

Picture is from Valentine’s Day~ I change the name for each holiday. 🙂

  • 3 cups water

  • 2/3 cup Tang

  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 quart Ginger Ale

Mix in a container and serve in something pretty.

We have just released our Black Friday Deals that are good through Sunday night. A few more deals will be added tonight and tomorrow.

I am thankful for you and the time you take to visit.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, friend!
