I  am heading to the Allume Conference and looking forward to having an amazing time…meeting new friends, being inspired and encouraged. Learning how to be a better wife, mom and blogger. Learning how to balance and not overlook what is most important. I look forward to sharing some of what I have learned with you and pictures of the amazing people I have met! It is hard leaving my family, but know they are in good hands and going to have a special time.

I am thankful to my sponsors, Scripture Lullabies and T-Tapp for making this possible.

Today, we are having a giveaway from Scripture Lullabies. Check back tomorrow for a giveaway from T-Tapp!

Music, Scripture, Lullabies

Scripture Lullabies provides beautiful, meaningful music for all ages…not just babies. We love listening to it at our house or on the road. I love playing music that has a message. Soothing music with words that are filling our hearts with truth. Powerfully peaceful music for all ages…not just babies. We love to especially play it at night…it helps us rest better,  and it also fills our home with truth during the dark of the night.

There are lots of stories on the site about how this music has touched and changed lives.  Scripture Lullabies donates a portion of sales to Pregnancy Resource Centers.

You can listen to a part of the songs, download a free song, purchase a cd or digital download, gift a digital download to someone via a beautiful card. They have accompaniment tracks or instrumentals. You even get a code with your purchase for bonus lullabies. They have something for everyone.

Enter the giveaway using the form below to win Hidden in my Heart  Volume 1 or 2 . You can choose a cd or a digital download.

My baby is having trouble sleeping. She is waking up screaming. Would love something to help calm her that is scriptural. Thanks

We use music in our home to encourage us, to help us work with a joyful spirit. The kids love to play it loud when the work we are doing is not the most fun!

  • Sabrina says:

We listen to music constantly. We don’t have cable so we love our music.

  • Kelly says:

We use music in our home to relax. My kids all have so much energy, sometimes they need some relaxation inspiration 🙂 Now other times, say during chores or when they’re *too* energetic, we listen to more upbeat Christian music to get dancing, get silly, and burn off some wiggles 🙂 We also use music for learning, whether it be Bible verse memorization, math problems, history facts…whatever can be out to a tune.

  • Wendy G says:

We use music in a few ways. As background music for get togethers or activities. To unwind from the day, or to up the intensity of work outs.
Music truly affects the emotions and thoughts of whoever is listening.
I listen to music as I go to bed it relaxes me and helps to turn my thoughts to God, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep.

  • Marilyn says:

We listen to music in the car or when we are doing chores. We wake up to music and, of course, dance to music! What better way to help our young, old and in between than by scriptural music?

  • Sarah says:

I listen to worship music often while I’m working in the kitchen and my son listens to it in his room as he’s falling asleep. And of course we have the music always going when we’re driving!

  • Mrs Team S says:

We usually listen to music or audio CDs as we do our “home blessings”. It’s an encouraging way to complete our daily tasks.

I like cleaning my house to uplifting music.

  • Renata says:

We use music all the time ( I love music playing). I use is as a means for the children to learn facts, I use it to dance to as we clean up the house, I use it to relax everyone at that busy/crazy time of day when Daddy is just arriving home. I relax by playing music when I get the chance. I also sing hymns to relax my cow when I’m milking her & of course my chickens wouldn’t know it’s morning if I didn’t sing ‘Good morning, good morning’ to them 😉

  • Ticia says:

We use it to teach and while going to sleep.

  • Jennifer says:

I play worship music in the house during the day as background music as we go about to activities. We also listen to worship music in the car a lot.

  • Gianna says:

    For relaxing and enjoyment.
